In the completely full house of the Theatre, guests took their seats, thrilled to be a part of this historic show. Celebrities including Lilly Ghalichi, Miss J Alexander, Foxy Brown, Micah Hughes, Chantelle Fraser, Mimi Faust, Members of VH1’s Black Ink Crew, Lilly Melgar, Kendall Schmidt, Karlie Redd, and Che’nelle came out to celebrate the incredible designers.
Art Hearts Fashion featured Mister Triple X, Walter Mendez, House of LiJon, House of Byfield, Hallie Sara, Mimi Tran, and MT Costello.

The show featured top celebrity models including Lilly Ghalichi, Shaun Ross, Miss Universe Janine Tugonon, Jimmy Q, and Anna Demidova.
Mister Triple X opened the show with a sophisticated streetwear line for men and women. Bold print skirts and dresses stole the show and in the finale walk elicited cheers from the audience as the models wore the Mister Triple X bunny masks. Top Model JimmyQ and Miss Universe Phillipines Janine Tugonon walked the finale with designer Erik Rosete in an unforgettable moment on the runway.
Walter Mendez took the runway next, with a stunning collection of elegant gowns. This landmark collection was perfectly executed with a palette of soft grays, transitioning to dark blues and bold velvet greens.
The high-energy collection of House of LiJon featured bold patterns and the brand’s signature hand-crafted wearable couture armor. The sensual and high-fashion pieces were unlike anything seen on the runway before.
Hailing from the Netherlands, House of Byfield brought the fresh design aesthetic New York has been waiting for. Dapper fitted suiting and men’s bags were a few of the highlights of the collection, that also featured bold contemporary dresses for women.
Hallie Sara‘s fine luxury pieces drew in the eyes and breath of the audience. Each custom creation is impeccably crafted and reminiscent of the iconic old-world glamour and timelessness of feminine silhouettes. Mimi Tran‘s collection of cocktail dresses and gowns featured daring embellishment and bold color choices. This elegant and feminine collection was a crowd pleaser.
Among an immaculate collection of gowns, MT Costello‘s solo male model made his way down the runway wearing nothing but a golden robe and only his hand to cover his adorned manhood. Guests could barely stay in their seats as the grand finale approached. A model sauntered down the runway in a prosthetic human mask; she paused to glance at the crowd and tore back the mask, revealing reptilian face-makeup. A standing ovation, cheers, and a few tears from guests followed, as everyone in Lincoln Center knew this was the last moment.

Known for cutting-edge custom creations and exquisite luxury statement pieces, Hallie Sara’s signature style has gained a devout following since the brand’s debut in 2011. Crafted from the finest luxury materials, the A/W ’15 presentation will showcase the designer’s sophisticated reinterpretation of classic silhouettes. Hallie Sara brings back iconic style fueled by old world glamour and modern sensibility.
House of LiJon- LiJon sculptured couture began in January 2011 by artist Lia Mira, with a vision, some rings and a pair of pliers. After researching the medieval craftsmanship of chain-mail, and getting inspiration from everyday clothing and jewelry design, she began the ambitious intense process of teaching herself a forgotten craft. Her goal…to create one of a kind Chainmail Armor Couture for the fashion forward and art collectors around the world!
HOUSE OF BYFIELD
This elegant ready-to-wear collection features fine detailing with a sportsman twist. The ‘daywear suits’ are for the daring man with an unapologetic sense of style and who isn’t afraid of color. A/W ’15 collection represents an arc between classic, risqué and sportswear with the extravagant edge Byfield and design team the TDUTCH6 are known for. The contemporary style that has come to be synonymous with Mimi Tran, enhances a woman’s natural femininity for a look that is elegant and sophisticated. The line’s highly embellished cocktail dresses and evening gowns incorporate the finest materials and demonstrate flawless execution. The Fall/Winter 2015 collection, is inspired by1920s Paris, featuring intricate beading, lace and lattice work with gold accents accentuating the natural beauty of the feminine form.
MISTER TRIPLE X
This sophisticated street-wear line by Erik Rosete will hit the runway with its A/W ’15 Collection titled “All X In Wonderland” an edgy fairytale collection with royal and wilderness inspired accents. Designed by Michael and Stephanie Costello, MT Costello is inspired by the daring, outspoken and misbehaving spirit. WALTER MENDEZ
As one of the nation’s top designers, Walter Mendez is known for his bold eye for texture, silhouettes, and timeless cuts. His work is regularly featured on celebrities, television, and red carpets. Walter has been featured in publications such as WWD, Apparel News and has showcased nationally. Walter is a proud recipient of the Designer of the Year award by the World Networks; and has also been one of the featured designers for the Go Red Fashion Show benefiting the American Heart Association.
